In The Way Of The Samurai, Geronimo Stilton gets into yet another adventure, this time in pursuit of a precious Japanese scroll that has ended up in the wrong hands. Summary Of The Way Of The Samurai The Way Of The Samurai is the 49th book in the popular Geronimo Stilton series, created for readers between the age group of 6 and 12. Like all the other books in the series, this one is also quite fast-paced and in full colour. The series features the autobiographical escapades of a gentle, nervous mouse called Geronimo Stilton who unwittingly keeps stumbling onto one adventure after another. He lives in New Mouse City, Mouse Island. He is the editor and a journalist at a fictional newspaper called The Rodent’s Gazette. He is also a bestselling author. In The Way Of The Samurai, an archaeologist named Wild Willie is in search of an ancient Samurai scroll. This Japanese scroll has quite a legendary status as it is said to contain the secrets of a long-forgotten fighting technique. Unfortunately, the invaluable scroll has fallen into the hands of some evil-doers who are definitely up to no good. Wild Willie decides to invite Geronimo to accompany him to Japan in search of the scroll, and the latter readily agrees. The two of them set out on their mission to retrieve the scroll and avert impending disaster. Their journey is fraught with obstacles. And with a group of deadly ninjas blocking their path at every turn, this adventure promises to be a highly unforgettable one for Geronimo and Wild Willie. The Way Of The Samurai was published in April 2012 by Elisabetta Dami in collaboration with the Edizione Piemme publishing house. The first book in the series was published in 2000. Since then, the series has been translated into approximately 35 languages.
